Proxmark3 Easy was designed and produced by Elechouse, the creators of the Proxman 3 RDV 2. Designed to be a cheaper version of the Proxmark 3 RDV 2 for selling in China through TaoBao. It was created to be a cheaper and less capable RDV 2.

• 1. Silent data Communication between the M1 S50 board and the card reader, Analytic Secret Key.
• 2. B class card reader with full data communication.
• The reader device can be used for debugging and analysis.

Product specification:

• 1 Boardreader.
• 1 USB cable.
• 3 UID boards of 13,56 Mhz.
• 1 CUID board.
• 1 S50 keychain.

It’s lower price comes at the cost of lower performance:

• Microcontroller: AT91SAM7S256 (with a smaller memory: 256kb)
• Removed administration and lithium battery socket.
• Relay Removed.
• Amplifier removed.

These changes in hardware made some advanced functions unavailable to the Proxmark 3 Easy, including Mifare Hard-Nested Attacks.

Despite these differences, various distributors sold the Proxmark 3 Easy as an alternative 1:1 to the RDV 2; a source of frustration for the developers and clients that got tricked by this advertising.
